Carbone’s Newest Sauce Makes the ‘Perfect Plate of Creamy Pasta’: ‘Immediately Yes’

  • Carbone, a popular Italian restaurant with locations across the U.S. and internationally, has introduced a new cacio e pepe alfredo sauce available in 15-ounce jars featuring high-grade cream, butter, Pecorino Romano cheese, and cracked black pepper.

If you’re a fan of Italian food, you’re likely familiar with Carbone: the popular New York City-based restaurant has not only expanded its footprint into major U.S. cities like Dallas, Las Vegas, and Miami, but it’s gone international as far away as Dubai, Hong Kong, and London.

Carbone also has a line of ready-to-serve sauces so that fans can recreate some of its most iconic dishes at home. Now, the brand has introduced the newest player in its all-star jarred sauce lineup that has social media users declaring they “need this immediately,” sharing that they “can’t wait to try this!”

Carbone’s new cacio e pepe alfredo sauce, available in 15-ounce jars both directly from Carbone and on Amazon, features the highest grade cream and butter, imported DOP Pecorino Romano cheese , and cracked black pepper.

The brand recently took to Instagram to share the news about the sauce, writing that the ingredients “come together for the perfect plate of creamy pasta, every time.” Fans leapt into the comments to say they are “decreeing and declaring this in my near future,” gushing that a “night in is looking better than a night out.”

“I’m gonna need some of that!” declared an enthusiastic fan as another exclaimed, “Immediately yes!” “Starts buying pants a size bigger,” teased one commenter about “The best ever” new offering.

This isn’t the only new launch from Carbone; earlier this year, it rolled out Italian simmer sauces, made with premium Italian tomatoes and slow-cooked for rich flavor.

Customers can purchase two-packs of the three individual sauces or opt for a variety pack with one each of bolognese, spicy fra diavolo, and cacciatore sauces.
