National Ice Cream Day, set to take place on July 20, is getting a tasty update, courtesy of Dairy Queen. 

From July 14 to 20, DQ is turning the annual frozen holiday into a full week of celebration. During that time, DQ Rewards members can score a free Dilly® Bar with any order of $1 or more placed through the DQ App or website . 

Do know that the offer is limited to one Dilly Bar per DQ Rewards member, and only available through digital ordering. 

Made with DQ's world-famous vanilla soft serve and dipped in a crunchy coating of chocolate, cherry, or butterscotch, the Dilly Bar is a retro favorite — and the perfect way to cool off during a summer scorcher.

The weeklong celebration follows several buzzy new and returning menu drops, including additions to its Dipped Cone flavor menu.

On the first day of summer, DQ brought back the OREO® Dirt Pie Blizzard Treat as its first-ever digital-exclusive Blizzard, available only through app and web orders. 

In honor of the upcoming Superman movie, the brand also launched the Superman Cake Batter Cookie Dough Blizzard Treat and a $7 Cheeseburger Meal Deal, rounding out a summer lineup designed for maximum fun.

As of Monday, March 31, fans can select their favorite flavor from the celebration worthy Summer Blizzard Treat Menu lineup, including:

• NEW! Mixing Bowl Mashup Blizzard Treat – A sweet mix of brownie batter and chocolate chip cookie dough swirled into world-famous DQ soft serve.

• NEW! Dipped Strawberry Cheesecake Blizzard Treat – Creamy cheesecake pieces, choco chunks, strawberry topping, and soft serve combine for a decadent summer bite.

• S'mores Blizzard Treat– A campfire classic returns, packed with marshmallow-filled chocolate bars and graham cracker crunch.

• Confetti Cake Blizzard Treat – A birthday-worthy treat featuring cake pieces, confetti sprinkles, and sweet vanilla soft serve.

• Cotton Candy Blizzard Treat– A fan-favorite that delivers the perfect blend of cotton candy topping and colorful cotton candy sprinkles.

To unlock the free Dilly Bar deal for DQ's National Ice Cream Week, fans just need to download the DQ App, sign up for DQ Rewards, and place a qualifying order between July 14 and July 20, 2025.
