Buzz & Bustle is welcoming the flavors of fall with new seasonal additions to its menu, featuring autumn-inspired coffee drinks, house-made pastries and seasonal lunch offerings.
At the heart of the new beverage lineup are Buzz & Bustle's house-made syrups, featured in creative takes on classic fall flavors. The Notorious F.I.G. combines nitro cold brew with house-made fig syrup, mascarpone cold foam and a honey drizzle; The Canadian pairs maple brown butter syrup with espresso or matcha, milk and a dusting of cinnamon. The café's take on the Mexican classic Café de Olla features piloncillo, cinnamon, clove and orange peel and is available as drip or cold brew.
Additional seasonal beverages include the Spiced Pear Cider, made with warm pear, citrus and aromatic spices steeped in-house; a classic Pumpkin Spice Latte; and the Pumpkin Spice Nitro, which combines nitro cold brew with pumpkin-spiced oat milk.
The fall menu also introduces an assortment of pastries baked fresh in-house daily, including the Savory Danish with roasted butternut squash, brown butter béchamel, seed salsa and orange zest; the Sweet Danish with pear, honey glaze, almonds and pomegranate; a Pumpkin Cream Cheese Muffin; and a Orange Cranberry Scone.
For a seasonal lunch option, Buzz & Bustle is serving Roasted Red Pepper and Tomato Soup, accompanied by a side of baguette, and a Harvest Salad featuring fresh kale, roasted sweet potato, crisp apple, goat cheese, pepitas, dried cranberries and candied pecans tossed in a house-made apple cider dressing.
