Jeni's Ice Cream is never one to shy away from experimenting with new flavors (remember their take on the Everything Bagel) and they love to dig into a seasonal theme. So for summer, they have not one but two ice cream flavor drops happening and they're truly like a childhood time capsule. Because, let's face it, frozen treats are everything.

Right now you can already head into one of Jeni's scoop shops and pick up Pink Bubble Gum, Root Beer Float and Toasted S'mores, but there's a second set of flavors delivering on July 3 and, frankly, I'm so excited.

For the next round of Jeni's summer ice cream flavors, you'll find Watermelon Taffy (which just screams boardwalk fun), Strawberry Pretzel Pie (hello, Midwestern summers) and Popcorn Brittle (reminds me of amusement park days and tons of sun).

Now all of those flavors sound truly amazing on their own, but if you're a toppings kinda person, then Jeni's is about to put the cherry (err...sauce) on top. They're launching a new Sundae Fudge Sauce in Jen's stores nationwide on July 17. Jen's describes the taste as "rich and bittersweet with a sprinkle of sea salt." Honestly, that sounds perfect atop the Strawberry Pretzel Pie ice cream.

And not to totally overload you with ice cream goodness, but to celebrate National Ice Cream day, which falls on July 20, Jen's is allowing customers to add the Sundae Fudge Sauce to any order absolutely free.

Now according to the brand, their "perfect" order using the Sundae Fudge Sauce is the following: Jeni's Honey Vanilla Bean and Salted Peanut Butter with Chocolate Flecks topped with Sundae Fudge Sauce and whipped cream in a Buttercrisp Waffle Bowl.
