Lauren Conrad’s Former Family Home From ‘Laguna Beach’ Lists for $26.5 Million
When former frenemies Kristin Cavallari and Lauren Conrad joined their Laguna Beach castmates in March for a 20-year reunion special , it brought back memories of the groundbreaking reality show's three-season run in the mid-aughts, including glimpses of Conrad's family home. Though the show ended nearly two decades ago, the house remains, a nearly 8,000-square-foot Mediterranean mansion designed and built in 2004 by L.C.'s father, architect James Conrad .
The mansion occupies a promontory within the guard-gated Three Arch Bay enclave, overlooking the Pacific Ocean. The six-bedroom, six-and-a-half-bath residence includes formal living and dining rooms, two family rooms, and a spacious eat-in kitchen configured around a large island.

The estate last listed for sale in August 2008 for $14.9 million, records show , before trading at $11.9 million a few months later. It is unknown whether the Mediterranean-style retreat has undergone renovations since then. Richard Trey Dewey of Pacific Sotheby's International Realty holds the $26.5 million listing .
Laguna Beach: The Real Orange County premiered on MTV on September 28, 2004 and wrapped a three-season run with its 2006 finale. In the first episode, L.C. and castmate Stephen Colletti visit the property while it is still under construction. The finished house combines materials sourced from Italy and travertine tile floors with wide arched windows, vaulted ceilings with exposed wood beams, and wood-trimmed sliding glass doors. Stone fireplaces appear throughout, including in the primary bedroom.
