Made in Chesnee Day, Artisan market showcasing businesses citywide
Chesnee, S.C. -The City of Chesnee and nearby vendors want to make your spring shopping easy at an Artisan market this weekend on "Made in Chesnee Day" , March 28.
Here at TGS Farms cafe and bakery the owners say the exposure from an event like this really helps especially when you're a fairly new business. They've been open since December in Chesnee.
There will also be activities for kids like face painting and balloon animals by Mela's Bowtique LLC.
Coming up on April 25 catch Martin and Son's Carts and Customs for Upstate Cart fest . There will be Raffles, Poker Run, DJ, food trucks, cart cruising, cart show and shine and more.
Chesnee City council members say small businesses help attract new visitors to the city and help the economy.
The event is on Highway 11, West Cherokee Street and Alabama Street. The Artisan market is in CADA park on Saturday from 12-4.
