Dairy Queen's Summer Blizzard Menu Signals Better Things to Come
Dairy Queen is celebrating a milestone birthday this year, bringing loads of gifts with it–along with its official summer Blizzard flavor menu.
Despite only welcoming spring this week, the beloved fast-food company has already moved on to thoughts of summer, revealing two all-new and three returning Blizzard flavors will launch at DQ in the coming days.

According to a press release shared with Parade , the treat shop is returning two popular Blizzard flavors from the DQ Freezer: its Confetti Cake and S'mores Blizzard Treat.
DQ's Confetti Cake Blizzard is truly a "birthday-worthy treat" that packs cake pieces and confetti sprinkles into the brand's sweet vanilla soft serve. Its S'mores Blizzard, which actually won the fan vote, features fluffy marshmallow-filled chocolate bars and graham cracker crunch.
Also returning for yet another season is the Cotton Candy Blizzard Treat, which the company described as "a fan-favorite that delivers the perfect blend of cotton candy topping and colorful cotton candy sprinkles."
As for the new additions, Dairy Queen has one option crafted for decadent chocolate lovers–its Mixing Bowl Mashup Blizzard Treat which takes brownie batter and chocolate chip cookie dough and swirls it into the "world-famous DQ soft serve." Debuting alongside it is the Dipped Strawberry Cheesecake Blizzard Treat, which combines creamy cheesecake pieces, choco chunks, strawberry topping, and soft serve for a truly bright bite.

The menu news, while brand new, is already being celebrated by fans who are certain this means "things are about to get a whole lot better."
"SMORES YESSSSSS," another cheered.
"Nice! Cotton candy is the shiznit," a third quipped.
But that's not all...
In honor of its milestone birthday, customers can score a Blizzard for less than a dollar for a limited time.
"For 85 years, we have been serving up smiles, sweet traditions and the most iconic frozen treats around. We figured what better way to celebrate this milestone than by giving our fans even more reason to indulge in their favorite flavors by offering them an 85-cent Blizzard," said Maria Hokanson, executive vice president of marketing at American Dairy Queen Corporation (ADQ), in a press release. "And because no birthday is complete without cake and sprinkles, we're bringing back the Confetti Cake Blizzard Treat for a limited time. So don't wait – this is a sweet celebration you won't want to miss!"
DQ's 2025 summer menu will begin rolling out at participating locations on or around Monday, March 31, and fans who visit their local DQ location between March 24 and April 6 can enjoy an 85-cent small Blizzard Treat–talk about a cool kickoff to the season!
