Emma Stone brought two popular trends to the red carpet on Sunday for the Oscars in Los Angeles.
The Academy Award-winning actress sported a custom strapless gown by Louis Vuitton. Stone's mint frock also featured corsetry, a mermaid silhouette and peplum at the waistline. She accessorized with matching pumps and a yellow sapphire necklace.

Stylist Petra Flannery dressed Stone for the occasion. Flannery's other A-list clients include Reese Witherspoon , Claire Danes and Ellen Pompeo.
Stone's auburn tresses were styled in waves, while her makeup consisted of smoked-out eyeliner and a muted pink lip.

Pastel hues are also poised for popularity in 2024 as the "coquette" trend takes hold. The aesthetic is characterized by pale colors, full skirts, lace and florals, with designers including Simone Rocha, Richard Quinn and Valentino embracing feminine flairs.
