Jenna Bush Hager Asks Moms to Weigh in on Things They’re ‘Done With’ and the Responses Are Brutal

During a recent episode of  Today With Hoda & Jenna , co-hosts  Hoda Kotb and  Jenna Bush Hager dished on things they were done with as moms. Bush Hager then took the conversation to Instagram, asking moms to weigh in—and the responses were brutal.

As a refresher, the former first daughter  shares three kids with her husband, Henry Hager: Mila, 11, Poppy, 8, and Hal, 4. Kotb, meanwhile, has  two daughters, Haley , 7, and Hope , 4 .

"So I had a birthday party with Mila with 14 kids at a waterpark, and I accidentally lost one of the children," Bush Hager, 42,  recounted via Instagram on Thursday, April 18. "And it brought me to the realization that I'm done. I'm done with water parks. I've done them, and they are over."

She also mentioned that Kotb is "done with several things," including "pushing back on bedtime" and hearing from her children, "I don't like this food."

The mom-of-three proceeded to list things she's "done with" that didn't make it on the Today show, including crafts in her house, breaking up fights in her home ("I'd rather just let them handle it.") and  her children asking her to use her phone.

"Listen, I love being a mom, and I love my kids," the co-host said. "But we're all done with some things. What are y'all done with?"

In the comments, fellow parents weighed in on what they're done with. One mom shared, "I'm done with party favors. If I have said it once, I've said it a thousand times: THE PARTY IS THE FAVOR! We as moms need to unite against the junk bag or the cookie on the way out the door. Just have the party and go home! #mamasdone "

Another Instagram parent commented, "Amen! And I'm done with ten person sleep overs."

Someone else wrote, "I'm done turning their socks right side out and pulling their underwear out of their pants while doing the laundry," while another parent declared, "I'm done with my kids LOVING a certain snack so I go buy it in bulk and then the next day they don't like it anymore."

Meanwhile, yet another mom shared, "I'm done with carrying ALL THE THINGS FOR ALL THE PEOPLE! I'm not a pack mule. I'm done. I don't have babies anymore and everyone needs to use their own arms. 😂"
