  • McDonald's locations in Singapore have reintroduced a popular McFlurry flavor combining cotton candy and Oreos, alongside other cotton candy-inspired desserts, sparking mixed reactions from fans worldwide.

An international McDonald's release has American fans all abuzz, though they're finding it difficult to decide whether it's because they're feeling envious or aghast over the offering.

According to a foodie influencer account named Mouth Attack, locations in Singapore recently brought back a "nostalgic" McFlurry flavor combining cotton candy and Oreos, which is said to have quickly become a fan-favorite.

It's bright blue coloring makes it as eye-catching in person as the mere mention of it does online, and it debuted alongside a pair of other cotton candy-inspired desserts: a Cotton Candy Hot Fudge Sundae and a Cotton Candy Cone.

The responses from across the world were mixed, with internet users both strongly for and against the unique flavor combination—at least from those who weren't demanding an update about the brand bringing back the snack wraps .

"If the ice cream machine ever works, this sounds awful," one commenter quipped, calling out the frequently out-of-service ice cream dispensers at McDonald's restaurants everywhere.

"Cotton candy has never been a good flavor," another wrote bluntly, with somebody else expressing their disgust over the combination: "Cotton candy, but with oreo 🤢🤮."

"That sounds absolutely disgusting!!!" someone else declared, with an agreeing comment reading, "ts sound nasty asf."

"We need to take McDonald's murica card away," another follower joked. "they don't give us nothing good no more 🙄."

But for every hater, there was another who said they "😍love this concept."

"YUMMY HOOK ME UP🔥🔥🔥🤤🤤🤤," one wrote emphatically, as someone else begged, "Don't make me fall in love."

"I am an American, I am jealous," another admitted, with someone else calling the fact that it was a Singapore exclusive "evil work."
