Ronny Kobo Hosts Brunch to Showcase New Spring Collection
- Ronny Kobo showcased her spring collection, featuring faux leather, knitwear, denim, and high-waisted pants, to retailers and media at her showroom in New York City.
Ronny Kobo invited retailers, media and friends to brunch on Sunday at her showroom at 70 West 40th Street to preview her spring collection. Among the retailers checking out the line were Divya Mathur, c hief merchandising officer and fashion director at the Revolve Group, and Clea O'hana, cofounder of Wishi, the personalized e-commerce platform.
"We wanted to really give faux leather an opportunity to shine. Obviously knitwear is really important," said Kobo, taking a group of buyers through the showroom. She also showed pants that are alternatives to denim, as well as denim. She said the denim group that she launched in February at stores such as Saks and Revolve "is killling it."
