  • Starbucks is set to introduce a new Iced Horchata Oatmilk Shaken Espresso drink inspired by the Latino beverage, alongside a returning Strawberries & Cream Cake Pop.

Ahead of the official launch of its 2025 summer menu, Starbucks confirmed two seasonal favorites are set to return this year, alongside a few new food and drink items.

While some customers will surely be sad to see the brand's lavender , cherry-inspired menu and other spring items go, a replacement shouldn't be all too hard to come by.

Though no official description was provided, it's safe to assume the new drink will combine Starbucks' espresso with the iconically smooth and creamy cinnamon-vanilla flavors found in traditional horchata recipes .

The chain of coffeehouses and cafes is also releasing a Strawberries & Cream Cake Pop.

As for the returning delights, although there's no stone fruit on this menu (at least not in the official preview), the fan-favorite  Summer-Berry Lemonade Refresher and Summer Skies Drink are expected to return.

The Summer-Berry Lemonade Refresher and Summer Skies Drink were both released last year and both feature what's been described as a "sweet summer blend of raspberry, blueberry and blackberry" flavors and popping pearls, the only difference being is how the berry mix is cut. The refresher is more of a berry lemonade, while the Summer Skies utilizes coconut milk to create a creamier drink option.
