A grandmother who died in the fire at the Gabriel House Assisted Living Residence fire in Fall River on July 13 was remembered for having a warm smile and bringing joy to others, her obituary read.
Eleanor T. Willett, 86, of Fall River, formerly of Wareham, was born on Oct. 1, 1938, in Boston, her family wrote.

Willet is survived by her children, her brothers, 14 grandchildren and several great and great-great grandchildren.
A funeral Mass will be held at 10 a.m. on Wednesday, July 30, at St. Patrick's Church at 94 High St. in Wareham, her family wrote. She will be interred in Massachusetts National Cemetery in Bourne.
