The victim was Richard J. Kogut, of Chicopee, the DA’s Office said in a statement. He was 59.
Investigators reviewed footage of the shooting and identified a person they believe is tied to the shooting.

Lynch is being held without the right to bail.
His next date in Chicopee District Court is Nov. 10 for a pretrial conference.

Twenty-two at the time, Lynch was charged with assault and battery with injuries on a person 60 or older and assault and battery with a dangerous weapon on a person 60 or older.
