HOLYOKE — A months-long gang task force investigation led to the arrest of a Holyoke man and the seizure of crack cocaine and suspected heroin mixed with fentanyl, police said Friday.

Carlos Cordova Jr., 23, was taken into custody after members of the Holyoke Police Department, Western Massachusetts FBI Gang Task Force, Chicopee Police and Hampden County Sheriff’s Department executed a search warrant around 5:05 a.m. on Beech Street.

Investigators said they found cocaine residue and drug paraphernalia in Cordova’s apartment, said Chief Brian Keenan in a statement.
