Reseda neighbors say nude man yelling threats is alarming neighborhood

Residents in a Reseda neighborhood say they are increasingly concerned about ongoing disturbances tied to a home on their street, including allegations of erratic and inappropriate behavior.

KTLA was contacted by a neighbor who described repeated issues at a property in the 7700 block of Garden Grove Avenue. The neighbor alleged that a man at the home has been exposing himself from a window and making threats, including in view of children.

The neighbor also claimed there have been multiple violent incidents at or near the property over the past several years, though KTLA has not independently verified those claims.

Video and images shared with KTLA appear to show a man unclothed while positioned in a second-story window overlooking the street.

Residents say they have contacted police multiple times about the situation. According to the neighbor, officers have responded but characterized the issue as an ongoing dispute.

Neighbors say they are hoping for increased attention and intervention, citing concerns about safety and quality of life in the area.

KTLA reached out to the Los Angeles Police Department for comment and clarification regarding any calls for service, reported incidents or enforcement actions tied to the address. As of publication, a response was not received.
