School delays in Massachusetts for Thursday, Jan. 22

Snow lingered longer than originally expected Wednesday into Thursday.

A rain and snow mix is possible through sunrise Thursday with another half an inche of snow possible in the Worcester Hills, according to the National Weather Service.

Temperatures are expected to surge above normal later in the day Thursday with gusty winds hitting 25-35 mph before an arctic front moves through Massachusetts Friday.
