Mental health counselor Kaine Compton served as the guest speaker, sharing insight into the challenges women may face when discussing their mental health and the importance of creating supportive spaces where they feel comfortable expressing themselves.

"As women we don't speak a lot about our struggles internally and we keep those things to ourselves, but it affects us in all different aspects and areas of our lives. So it's time for the people's voices to get heard," Compton told 22News.

The seminar emphasized the importance of breaking down barriers surrounding mental health discussions and providing opportunities for women to share their experiences.

In addition to conversations about mental well-being, attendees participated in activities designed to promote relaxation and community engagement.
