Naked woman found stabbed to death inside Queens massage parlor: sources
An unidentified woman's lifeless body was discovered naked, with multiple stab wounds inside a Queens storefront Friday, cops said.
The victim was found dead inside the ground-floor business on 164th St. near Depot Road in Flushing around 4:30 p.m., police said
A law enforcement source said police are searching for a heavyset bald man who was spotted fleeing the scene with a black garbage can. He's described as 6-foot-2 and was last seen wearing a black hoodie, blue jeans and Timberland boots, the source said.
Police sources and neighbors said the place is a massage parlor.
Its awning formerly said Skin Sarang, but the last word has been removed, with only its faint impression remaining, so that it now just says Skin.
"It's a massage parlor," one neighbor said. "It looks like it's always closed, but guys ring the bell to get in. They come and they go. It's a place to go when you want a happy ending."
"They open at 11 in the morning and close at 2 or 3 in the morning," said another local. "There's usually only one or two women there, so they're easy targets for robbery."
There were no arrests.
The city's medical examiner will determine the victim's cause of death.
