A lottery player in Worcester won $25,000 a year for life on Monday playing a game that's set to end in 2026.

The winning $25,000 a year for life ticket was sold at the Shaw's grocery store in Worcester.

It was from the "Lucky for Life" drawing held on Monday. The winning numbers for the drawing were 11, 14, 28, 30, 41 and Lucky Ball: 11.

The winning ticket sold at Shaw's matched all of the first five numbers, but not the Lucky Ball, to win $25,000 a year for life.

The multi-state "Lucky for Life" lottery game will end at the start of 2026, to be replaced by a new $5 drawing game called "Millionaire for Life." In the new game, players will have the chance to win $1 million a year for life.

Overall, at least 647 prizes worth $600 or more were won or claimed in Massachusetts on Monday, including 16 in Springfield, 24 in Worcester and 50 in Boston.

The Massachusetts State Lottery releases a full list of winning tickets every day. The list only includes winning tickets worth more than $600.

The largest lottery prize won so far this year was worth $1 million a year for life, from a winning "Lifetime Millions" scratch ticket sold in Springfield and claimed in July.
