Police called to home of Dolphins WR due to domestic dispute

Police were called to the home of Miami Dolphins wide receiver Tyreek Hill earlier this week after he was involved in a domestic dispute with his wife, according to an incident report obtained by Local 10 News .

The Sunny Isle Police Department responded to a call from Hill's mother-in-law, but no charges were filed and officers have already reportedly closed the investigation.

Per the report, Hill's mother-in-law told police that she witnessed the Dolphins receiver throw a laptop on the floor and grab his daughter following an argument with his wife. Hill's wife, Keeta Hill, reportedly told police that grabbed the baby from her "without malice," although officers say they observed a bruise on her chest which she said may have happened unintentionally.

Hill, 31, has a history of legal issues, dating back to his dismissal from the Oklahoma State football team due to an incident that resulted in the receiver eventually pleading guilty to domestic assault and battery by strangulation.

In 2019, Hill was investigated by police and the NFL after allegations of child abuse that resulted in his 3-year-old son breaking his arm. That investigation was later closed without charges filed and the NFL opted against levying punishment.

Last year, model and influencer Sophie Hall filed a lawsuit against Hill accusing him of breaking her leg .
