Trump meme coin org promises dinner, swag for top investors

A company behind Donald Trump's meme coin is promising its top holders a dinner featuring the president along with commemorative swag that includes a gold watch and Trump-branded fragrance, according to a page on its website.
The dinner for the 185 top investors in $TRUMP will take place Nov. 22 at the Trump National Golf Club outside Washington and will feature an appearance by the president as well as three unnamed "legends," according to the site promoting the event . Attendees will receive a commemorative poster and trading card, as well as a "Fight Fight Fight" watch and the TRUMP fragrance.
"You'll enjoy a once-in-a-lifetime experience — an evening you will talk about forever," the webpage states.
The description notes that it is open to the top holders of the coin in the period running Sept. 30 to Nov. 12. The token's top 29 investors will also gain entry to a VIP reception with the president, along with priority seating at the dinner — though the organizers note that "no attendees will be granted a private meet & greet with the President."
Trump participated in a similar event last May — as well as a crypto conference in April — drawing meme coin investors to gatherings that have been panned by both Democrats and ethics experts as the equivalent of a pay-to-play scheme. Investors shelled out almost $2 billion in a bid to win spots at the 2025 dinner.
The White House referred POLITICO to the event's host organization when asked for comment. The entity behind the event did not respond to a request for comment sent to an email listed on its site.
The president announced the launch of his meme coin at the height of his popularity, days before his return to the White House in January 2025. But the meme coin's value has plummeted since then, down from nearly $75 per coin last January to just over $2 on Thursday. The Trump family and its partners, meanwhile, had raked in hundreds of millions as of April 2025 . In June, the president disclosed that he'd made more than $1.4 billion through his cryptocurrency ventures last year.
The meme coin is not owned by the president but instead operated by two entities with ties to the president's family businesses, Fight Fight Fight LLC and CIC Digital LLC.
The meme coin does "not have any payment functionality, transactional utility, or commercial integration, and are not redeemable for goods, services, or cash," the site notes in fine print at the bottom of its webpage.
The Washington Sun reported on the November event earlier Thursday.
