Phoenix Fire Department hosts Water Safety Day at the home of a family whose son survived

Phoenix Fire Department members stand with Matt Damore and his family, including his son Wick, 10 (front right), who in 2019 fell unconscious in the family pool while the two were swimming together. Damore performed emergency procedures, ultimately reviving his son before he spent the night in a hospital recovering. The family, along with the Phoenix Fire Department, were on hand at the family's home to discuss the importance of pool safety.
