Man convicted of stalking Current DJs charged with violating restraining order

A man who has been convicted of stalking two DJs for Twin Cities radio station 89.3FM The Current has been charged with two counts of violating a restraining order.
Patrick Henry Kelly, 67, of Apple Valley, is charged in Ramsey County with violating an order relating to Jade Tittle, the former Current host who left the station in 2023.
Kelly has been convicted in previous years in stalking cases involving Tittle and another Current host, Mary Lucia.
According to criminal complaints, Kelly allegedly called Tittle in May and left a voicemail, with a greeting card from Kelly arriving at her home two days later.

Tittle told the police that the phone call came from a number in her phone associated with Kelly, and that the "congratulations" card that arrived through the mail bore Kelly's handwriting, which she recognized from previous correspondence.
Kelly had been convicted of felony stalking of Tittle in June 2022, and had been served with a harassment restrauning order that is to remain in place until 2071.
In a wide-ranging interview with KARE 11 in 2024, Tittle acknowledged that the stalking she endured played a role in her decision to leave The Current, where she was the music director at the time of her departure.
She said that between winter 2021 and 2023, Kelly would come by her house every day, even dropping off a burner phone at one point so he could contact her.
