Arson suspect arrested after brief standoff at Richland Hills home, police say

Officers responded to a report of a man trespassing inside a home in the 2800 block of Dogwood Park Drive. The home had restricted access due to an ongoing fire investigation stemming from an incident on Saturday, May 2.
