Coast Guard says Santa Rosa Island Fire was possibly started by flare from stranded boater

As a massive 17,000-acre brush fire continues to burn on Santa Rosa Island in the Channel Islands, U.S. Coast Guard officials say that the blaze may have been caused by flares from a stranded boater. Mike Rogers reports.
