Couple suspected in Sutter County child's death arrested in Washington

The Spokane County Sheriff's Office said a Sutter County detective told them two people suspected in the death of a child were possibly living in the area. Local law enforcement then began surveilling them and eventually arrested them as fugitives from justice.
