Senate race is close while Maine governor's race is tied, poll finds

Democrat Troy Jackson holds a 49% to 47% lead over Republican U.S. Sen. Susan Collins among likely voters in Maine, while Democrat Hannah Pingree and Republican Bobby Charles are tied at 44% support in the governor's race, according to a new Marist poll released Tuesday.
