Stillwater taps abandoned 1920s sewer tunnel to solve 1887 pipe failure near Veterans Memorial

Rather than building new infrastructure, Stillwater crews connected to an abandoned 1920s sewer tunnel to permanently fix a failure caused by a pipe built in 1887, a move the city says will save money.
