Yankees surprise N.J. family with yard makeover

The Yankees' annual Hope Week is underway, and Thursday, some members of the team traded bats for lawnmowers, surprising a New Jersey family with a full yard makeover. As CBS News New York's Nick Caloway reports, it's part of a bigger effort to help people who can't keep up with basic lawn care.
