Chasin' Butterflies follows self-taught Alabama artist Butch Anthony, whose imaginative creations transform found objects into unexpected works of art. From his drive-thru museum to his trophy-covered Cadillac and pontoon pirate ship, Butch has built a world entirely his own. This intimate portrait celebrates an original whose creativity defies labels and convention.

Joshua Harding
DIRECTOR, CINEMATOGRAPHER Joshua Harding

Josh Harding is a photographer and filmmaker based in Northern California who's built his career directing and producing commercial, editorial, and documentary work. As Creative Director of Photography & Film at NBBJ, he leads visual storytelling for the global architecture and design firm. He also co-founded Fetch Films, through which he's co-directed the short documentaries Five Foot 280 and Chasin' Butterflies, both official selections at festivals including the Big Sky Documentary Film Festival and the Mill Valley Film Festival. Prior to NBBJ, Josh was a Design Lead and photographer/filmmaker at IDEO. He holds an MFA in photography from the Savannah College of Art and Design.

Adam Hobbs

Adam is an award-winning creative director, director, and cinematographer whose work spans Sundance, Tribeca, and the world's leading brands. His documentary films — including Finders Keepers (Sundance, Netflix), Gay Chorus Deep South (Tribeca Audience Award), Chasin' Butterflies (multiple Best of Fest wins), and She Is Still Here (Tribeca 2024) — bring the same cinematic instincts he applies to commercial work for Airbnb, Google, Slack, and Starbucks. With 20 years of experience across documentary, branded content, and commercial production, he moves fluidly between the intimacy of vérité storytelling and the scale of global campaigns, always in pursuit of narratives that inspire humanity.

Matt Klug
DIRECTOR, PRODUCER Matt Klug

Matt Klug is a Creative Director and filmmaker based in Northern California whose work spans commercial, branded, and documentary storytelling. He co-founded Fetch Films, where he's co-directed the documentaries Five Foot 280 and Chasin' Butterflies, both official selections at festivals including the Big Sky Documentary Film Festival and the Mill Valley Film Festival, along with several other award-winning and festival-selected films. Over the past 25 years, Matt has built a career in advertising, crafting campaigns and visual stories across film, photography, design, and digital media. He grew up in North Dakota and earned his degree from the University of North Texas.
