The Baker's Hotline takes viewers inside the King Arthur Baking Company's legendary call center, where a team of expert bakers answers questions from home cooks across the country. More than a troubleshooting service, the hotline becomes a place where baking, storytelling, and human connection come together.

The Filmmakers
Emily Schuman is an award-winning documentary producer and filmmaker based in Brooklyn who began her career as a camera assistant with IATSE Local 600. Her work includes the Emmy-nominated Judy Blume Forever, which premiered at the 2023 Sundance Film Festival and streams on Amazon Prime, The Stroll (Sundance 2023), Lift (Tribeca 2022), and National Geographic's Mission Possible. She is the producer of the feature documentaries Northern Residents, about orca researchers in British Columbia, and Finding Fanny, a portrait of the 19th-century lithographer Fanny Palmer, and co-directed SONIA, a documentary about feminist pioneer Sonia Pressman Fuentes. Her directorial debut When I'm Her is a co-production with ITVS.
With over 10 years of experience in post-production on films and premium documentaries, The Baker's Hotline is Dave's directorial debut. His credits include award-winning documentaries and series for Amazon, CNN, Discovery, HBO, and Netflix. Outside of film and television, Dave enjoys exploring the outdoors through surfing, hiking, fishing, and hunting.
