เกมที่เข้าชิงรางวัลชนะเลิศ Game of the Year มีทั้งหมด 6 เกมคือ Deathloop, It Takes Two, Metroid Dread, Psychonauts 2, Ratchet & Clank: Rift Apart, Resident Evil Village โดยเป็น It Takes Two ที่คว้ารางวัลได้สำเร็จ ( รายชื่อเกมที่เข้าชิงรางวัลทั้งหมด )

It Takes Two ยังคว้ารางวัล Best Family Game และ Best Multiplayer Game รวมเป็น 3 รางวัล ได้ตำแหน่งแชมป์รางวัลสูงสุดของปีนี้ ร่วมกับ Forza Horizon 5 ที่คว้า 3 รางวัล
