Urgent care appointments are available on the weekday evenings and weekends. Weekday evening hours are 6 P.M. to close. Weekend hours are 9:00 A.M. to Noon. Urgent care hours vary depending on the demand.
Yes. The Children’s Clinic has both full time and part time physicians. All part time physicians share a practice with a fellow physician partner ensuring appointment availability for their patients.
Yes, we offer same day appointments for illnesses. Our philosophy is to schedule all visits with your primary care physician. There may be times when it is necessary for you to see another provider in order to best accommodate your needs.
We recommend that parents call at least 4-6 weeks in advance for arranging a complete physical exam to get their preferred date and time. For well-child visits that are often only months apart, we suggest that parents schedule their child’s future exams before leaving the office.
Yes, our telephones are answered 24 hours a day. A clinic physician is always on-call and available.

The Children’s Clinic offers regular weekday appointments from 8:30 A.M. to 5:30 P.M. We’re closed on the following holidays: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day.
There are several items that we suggest people bring to their first visit. These include the following:
- Past medical records (especially immunization records)
- List of medications
- Insurance card
- Required Co-payments
Our two pediatric clinics in the Portland metropolitan area are located in SW Portland and Tualatin. Our Peterkort office is in the Peterkort Centre, near St. Vincent Hospital at the junction of US 26 & Oregon 217. Our Tualatin office is on the Meridian Park Hospital campus, just off Interstate 5 at the Tualatin-Sherwood exit.
