Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Veiw Basket/Checkout" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.
Payment can be made online with a Credit or Debit Card, alternatively you can send your order through to us and ring to arrange payment by Card , BACS or cheque.
If your not sure about your requirements of the contents of your order, please use the "ring to arrange payment" option" and give us a ring, we can then edit your order to meet your needs and take payment over the phone.

Shipping And Handling
Goods are usually delivered by post or carrier, who will require a signature as proof of delivery. If you wish to have the goods left at an empty address, this is done at your risk and no responsibility will be accepted by either ouselves or the carrier.

We hold extensive stocks of the items we sell and try to deliver most orders within 1 -5 working days. If you require special delivery either overnight or by a certain day. In addition we offer a 30 day no quibble money back guarantee on unused complete products should you find them to be unsuitable. These products should be returned in a condition suitable for resale as the original product. Please note that manufacturers often offer longer guarrantees. City Irrigation Ltd will be happy to handle any warranties of this nature subject to acceptance of the warranty claim by the original manufacturer.
