Earn a top contributor badge in a Facebook group
Earn a top contributor badge in a Facebook group
You can earn a top contributor badge
in a Facebook group by being one of the most active participants in the group. The more you participate in a group and receive replies and reactions, the more points you’ll earn, and the more likely you’ll be to earn the top contributor badge. Members, admins and moderators can earn the badge.
When you earn a top contributor badge, it will appear by your name on your posts and comments and on your group member profile.
How to earn a top contributor badge
You can earn points and increase your chances of earning the top contributor badge in a group by:
Receiving replies and/or reactions on your posts
Receiving replies and/or reactions on your comments
Being an admin or moderator (If you want to become an admin or moderator, you can send a message to a current admin and ask them to invite you to become an admin or moderator
.)
Being a group expert (If you want to become a group expert, you can send a message to a current admin and ask them to invite you to become a group expert

Troubleshooting
If you had a top contributor badge but no longer see it, it might be because:
Others in the group have become more active than you in the group.
The group admins turned off the Contributions feature.
If you know you’re the top contributor but haven’t earned the badge, it might be because:
The group admins turned off the Contributions feature.

Both buyers and sellers are responsible for things sold in a Facebook buy and sell group or on Marketplace.
Buyers:
Any sale made through a Facebook buy and sell group or an individual seller on Marketplace is between you and the seller. If you have any questions about the things you're buying in a Facebook buy and sell group, try messaging the seller
. You can also report a seller
to Facebook.
Sellers:
Please describe the items you're selling clearly and make sure you're following both our Terms of Service
, Community Standards
and Commerce Policies
. Also, in certain countries (such as Germany, Austria and Switzerland), people selling for business purposes are required by law to provide information about their identity, including their name, street address, email, registration number and/or VAT number. If you’re not sure if this requirement applies to you, you may wish to seek the advice of a qualified attorney with local expertise.
Keep in mind that:
Items sold on Facebook must follow our Commerce Policies

Items purchased with checkout with shipping may be covered with Purchase Protection
.
Facebook may limit the frequency of listings to prevent misuse of buy and sell groups or Marketplace.
Select rights owners may be able to search buy and sell group posts to prevent the misuse of intellectual property on Facebook
