Melanie Kos '21 is Wager Lab's Newest Research Assistant
Melanie Kos graduated this past spring from Dartmouth with a degree in cognitive science and a focus area in decision making, as well as an art history minor. She is working in Dr. Wager's CANlab as a research assistant, primarily on an upcoming study on empathy and the psychological and physiological connections across humans and animals. Melanie's research interests broadly include the societal and neurological mechanisms that factor into decision making, social pain and empathy, and the cognitive regulation of pain
