HEALTH GUIDANCE
Follow the CDC’s respiratory virus guidance that includes:

Staying up to date with your immunizations, including COVID-19 vaccines .

If you have symptoms of a respiratory virus, stay home and away from others.

You can return to regular activities when, for at least 24 hours, your symptoms are getting better overall, andyou have not had a fever and are not using fever-reducing medication.

After returning to regular activities, take precautions for at least five days. If you develop a fever or start to feel worse, stay home and away from others again.

If you test positive for a respiratory virus but do not have symptoms, take precautions for at least five days because you may be contagious.

If you or the people around you are sick, were recently exposed to a respiratory virus, or have risk factors for severe illness , take precautions .

Precautions include taking steps for cleaner air , practicing good hygiene , wearing masks , physical distancing , and testing .
