OSHA safety regulations (29 CFR 1910 and 1926) require a wide variety of documented (written) plans. These plans must be developed to meet the OSHA requirements, but tailored to the individual situation. Employees are required to be trained in the use of these plans and this training, too, must be documented. The plans must be maintained and updated.
