A rollercoaster in Osaka, Japan , abruptly stopped with 32 tourists suspended upside down about 30 meters above the ground during the incident.
At 10:55 a.m., the Flying Dinosaur roller coaster in Osaka, Japan, experienced a mid-ride breakdown, prompting an abrupt stop. NHK reported that no injuries occurred as staff safely evacuated all passengers using an emergency staircase.
After about 45 minutes, everyone was safely evacuated, and fortunately, no one experienced any health issues.
The theme park’s operator mentioned that the roller coaster halts automatically when its sensors detect any irregularity. However, the precise cause of this incident is still unidentified.
Recent reports have highlighted a string of alarming incidents where tourists were stranded upside down on rollercoasters.
One such incident in June involved 11 tourists left hanging upside down due to a power outage at a theme park in China’s Hebei Province.
