In the biggest ever leak of such information, 11.5 million documents handed over to a German newspaper last year reveal in graphic detail how shady Panama City law firm Mossack Fonseca set up more than 200,000 companies and trusts to form a vast network that hides the financial affairs of politicians, oligarchs and criminals. "What we're looking at here is really a parallel universe, where people can go to play and avoid the rules in their own countries", says Gerard Ryle of the International Centre Consortium of Investigative Journalists. "People have realised that they are the people getting ripped off here", said Australian Senator Sam Dastyari. In times of global austerity, the unprecedented exposé about a secret world of money making where the rules don't apply to the rich, is politically explosive. Though Mossack Fonseca has never been charged with criminal wrongdoing, "people are angry. People have had enough", says Dastyari, that the system allows the rich to dodge the rules everyone else must live by. In the wake of WikiLeaks, the Panama revelation has fueled beliefs that shining a public spotlight on this illicit financial underworld is the only way to achieve a fairer system.

Almost 100 billion U.S. dollars was invested in wind energy over the world last year and it now accounts for around 4 percent of total worldwide electricity usage.
In Spain, that figure jumps to more than 21 percent and the sector could be set for further growth if a new bladeless turbine takes off.
Scientists in Spain hope to hugely reduce the cost of wind energy by removing the blades from wind farm turbines, instead of taking advantage of a special phenomenon to cause the turbines to violently shake.
Vortex, a startup from Spain, has developed the tall sticks known as Bladeless, white poles jutting out of the ground, that are built so that they can oscillate. They do so as a result of the way that the wind is whipped up around them, using a phenomenon that architects avoid happening to buildings and encouraging it so that the sticks shake.
"The inspiration from the idea comes from a video I watched in college, the Tacoma Narrows Bridge collapsed because of a resonance effect with the wind. The bridge was not made to absorb wind energy but it absorbed so much that it collapsed. I then asked myself, could we build a structure that optimizes this effect and therefore have a new instrument to harness wind energy," said David Yanez, co-founder of Vortex Bladeless.
The design contains no moving parts and floats on magnets to eliminate friction. The makers claim the manufacturing costs will be 53 percent less than regular turbines and 51 percent cheaper to operate.
"The advantages of vortex are fundamentally economic, since the system is so simple, the production and maintenance costs are reduced by at least half. We also believe that our technology can make a significant advance in the eco aspect, as it wouldn't kill any bird or use any lubricants," said Raul Martin, Vortex Bladeless' other co-founder.
There are though still a number of factors to overcome before this project can win over the skeptics and compete in the market place.
Ignacio Cruz, an investigator with the Centre for Energy, Environment and Technology (CIEMAT) under the Spanish Ministry of Economy and Competitiveness, is among those who require further persuading.
"We have yet to see what the productivity for this system is, what is its cost. At first it seems much more competitive than the traditional tech but then we have to equate the possible viability of that system. Essentially how much it produces, how much it costs, and from there we can figure out the cost of energy produced, to see how competitive it can be," said Cruz.
A full sized industrialized turbine is still at least four years away. But a 13-meter, four-kilowatt turbine for domestic use is planned within the next eighteen months.
"In the future we dream of having a product with bigger dimensions that can output around one megawatt, that could compete in the wind energy sector. If what we hope it can do is confirmed, it would compete well with other forms of energy," said Martin.

Lawmakers who were elected to stand up and fight for their constituents voted for a plan that will be disastrous for them.
A final bill that looks anything like Republicans' proposals so far would leave millions of Americans uninsured.
This was a vote to hurt people, plain and simple. All to score political points. It's wrong. It's shameful.
We simply cannot let up. It's more clear now than ever that the Republican leadership doesn't understand the day-to-day lives of working people. Chip in and let's elect people who do.
Here are the facts:
The latest version of the bill that the Republican leadership has cobbled together takes a blow torch to the most important preventive care and treatment currently covered by health insurance for those grappling with opioid addiction -- a crisis that's currently ripping the heart out of our country. It would slash Medicaid, which covers 64 percent of nursing home residents -- around seven in 10 of whom are women. And it eviscerates the Affordable Care Act's (ACA's) Medicaid expansion that provides millions of Americans with access to affordable health care.
The Republican leadership still wants to drag us back to a time -- not all that long ago -- when Americans could be denied basic health care because they couldn't afford it. And they're not particularly concerned with what will happen next.

Matuoka, here's the truth about what we saw in the Senate yesterday:
Lawmakers who were elected to stand up and fight for their constituents voted for a plan that will be disastrous for them.
A final bill that looks anything like Republicans' proposals so far would leave millions of Americans uninsured.
This was a vote to hurt people, plain and simple. All to score political points. It's wrong. It's shameful.
We simply cannot let up. It's more clear now than ever that the Republican leadership doesn't understand the day-to-day lives of working people. Chip in and let's elect people who do.
Here are the facts:
The latest version of the bill that the Republican leadership has cobbled together takes a blow torch to the most important preventive care and treatment currently covered by health insurance for those grappling with opioid addiction -- a crisis that's currently ripping the heart out of our country. It would slash Medicaid, which covers 64 percent of nursing home residents -- around seven in 10 of whom are women. And it eviscerates the Affordable Care Act's (ACA's) Medicaid expansion that provides millions of Americans with access to affordable health care.
The Republican leadership still wants to drag us back to a time -- not all that long ago -- when Americans could be denied basic health care because they couldn't afford it. And they're not particularly concerned with what will happen next.
That's really where we are today. It's enough to make your blood boil.

To serve aboard the Oscar-II class nuclear submarine was always considered safe, so accidental explosion rocked not only the Russian government, military experts and families of the victims, but causing also extensive discussion in the international community. The Russian government decided to conduct the largest-ever marine salvage operation. By interviews with personnel and graphical analysis of the scene, you will witness how the tireless divers worked day and night in a race against the clock. 'Raising the Kursk' tells the true story of this extremely complex operation.

新発田総鎮守諏訪神社には、古くから白い天狗の絵が伝わっていました。
いつ誰がどのような経緯で神社に奉納したのかまったく分からないその絵は、数年前の火災で焼失してしまいました。
白天狗みこしの見どころは、女性担ぎ手の掛け声とともに巨大な白天狗が威風堂々とメインストリートを進む様と、白天狗みこしを降ろし休憩時に踊る「ラッセラ」。

1日は武蔵一宮氷川神社の例大祭でお祓いを受けた地元の会の御輿と山車が、大宮駅前東口周辺を練り歩きます。
メインとなる2日は、御輿の整渡御（とぎょ）・山車の・巡礼・民踊・阿波おどり・太鼓演奏など、会場のあちこちで様々な催しが行なわれます。
彦根神社祭りの一例、一宮武蔵市でオハラライを受けた地方市議会大宮駅東口の近くにあります。
揃っている神社（神社）がセットクルーズを浮かべるなど、メインになる2日間 - ミノードリー阿波の踊り、鼓動の演奏など、さまざまなイベント会場でここで行われます。

新発田総鎮守諏訪神社には、古くから白い天狗の絵が伝わっていました。
いつ誰がどのような経緯で神社に奉納したのかまったく分からないその絵は、数年前の火災で焼失してしまいました。
白天狗みこしの見どころは、女性担ぎ手の掛け声とともに巨大な白天狗が威風堂々とメインストリートを進む様と、白天狗みこしを降ろし休憩時に踊る「ラッセラ」。

【女神車】【南銀座】2016年中山道まつり南銀座女神家渡御 - 中仙道祭
2016年8月6日に公開
1日は武蔵一宮氷川神社の例大祭でお祓いを受けた地元の会の御輿と山車が、大宮駅前東口周辺を練り歩きます。
メインとなる2日は、御輿の整渡御（とぎょ）・山車の・巡礼・民踊・阿波おどり・太鼓演奏など、会場のあちこちで様々な催しが行なわれます。
彦根神社祭りの一例、一宮武蔵市でオハラライを受けた地方市議会大宮駅東口の近くにあります。
揃っている神社（神社）がセットクルーズを浮かべるなど、メインになる2日間 - ミノードリー阿波の踊り、鼓動の演奏など、さまざまなイベント会場でここで行われます。
