Henri downgraded to Tropical Storm, but flood warnings remain for Long Island, Connecticut
A “dangerous storm surge” is expected to hit the northeast Sunday morning or early afternoon, as Hurricane Henri was downgraded to a tropical storm, according to a new advisory.
