Israeli opposition parties reach agreement to oust Netanyahu, after more than 12 years as prime minister
Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has been struggling to hold onto power after four inconclusive elections in the past two years while facing an ongoing corruption trial.
Led by centrist Yair Lapid and backed by right-wing former Netanyahu ally Naftali Bennett, the coalition is kick-starting a process to end Israel's political stalemate.
