Join Your Child for Lunch

Parents are welcome to join their child for lunch from time to time. No advanced notice is needed; just check in at the office and meet your child’s class in the lobby.

Birthday Treats

If you plan to send birthday treats to school, please inform your child’s teacher at least by the day prior. Birthday treats should be left in the office where your child’s teacher will pick them up for distribution. Due to student allergies, birthday treats must be distributed by the teacher.

Menus

LINQ Connect.   School menus will be posted monthly, starting one week before the first day of school.

  •  FNS makes every effort to offer items as listed on the planned menu. Unanticipated substitutions are published on LINQ Connect whenever possible.

Special Diets

Any information pertaining to dietary accommodations, including menu communications, requests, etc, will be through @email

  • Please note that forms will only need to be submitted once during the student’s enrollment, unless there are any medical changes.

Forms:

This is for any student who cannot drink cow's milk. This form must be signed by a parent/guardian.

If a student no longer requires a medical accommodation that is still on file with FNS, parents must complete this form.

  •  Once the form has been completed and received through our centralized email address, our Registered Dietitians will create a menu based on the student's dietary needs.
  • These menus will closely align with the cafeteria menu and will be sent to our Kitchen Manager and families before service.
  • Ground and pureed meals will be prepared fresh, on-site, and provided in a separate container. To process these requests, dietary accommodation forms must be submitted and completed properly.
