Current Seniors
Current Seniors:Complete (1) the form for current seniors and (2) the consent form .
Return all forms to our Transcript Assistant. These can be emailed to @email ( must be sent from your fcpsschools.net student account ) or dropped off in room L107 (look for the tray below the green sign with the pink arrows).
Current Underclassmen
For underclassmen students:
Unofficial transcripts can now be accessed in SIS. Please follow this link for instructions: https://www.fcps.edu/preview-link/node/48097/ad96bd7d-20dd-49ba-81a5-9baf528235f1
For official transcripts and other records, parents must complete (1) the form for underclassmen students and (2) the consent form .
Return all forms along with a copy of your photo ID to our Transcript Assistant at @email .
Past Graduates/Attendees of Fairfax HS
If you graduated within the last 5 years:
Complete and sign (1) past graduate form and (2) the consent form .
Return all forms along with a copy of your photo ID to our Transcript Assistant at @email .
Make your payment via MySchoolBucks. Most requests are $5 each. Once all forms are turned in and payment is confirmed, your request will be processed within 48 hours.

Former Students Who Graduated More Than Five Years Ago
- If you graduated from Fairfax High School more than five years ago, your transcript is held at the FCPS Records Center. Please call 703-329-7741 or email Records Center at @email .
