Congratulations to Mr. Bryan Villaloboson his recognition as the November 2025 Region 6 FCPS CARES Recipient of the Month, presented by the FCPS Department of Human Resources.

The FCPS CARES Program allows parents, staff, and community members to recognize FCPS employees for going above and beyond to help others and show they care. We invite you to submit your story below so we can all acknowledge the good work of FCPS employees.

Below is the write-up submitted by Catric Whaley Marshall, a colleague at Willow Oaks Admin Center.

Bryan does not notice that he is a bridge, a conduit for connection, acceptance, resilience, and a role model. I've worked with him on several projects, and his consistency, focus, and work ethic is top notch. From acting as an unofficial translator for our team, equity lead, new hire trainer, unofficial IT specialist, to most recently team builder, Bryan steps in when there is a need. He has recently created opportunities to improve team morale and connectedness. Bryan is modest, thoughtful, and considers the impact that actions will have on his students, pyramid, and colleagues. He has been through a great deal and uses that strength, resilience, and fortitude to pour into others. He is a leader on our team, and it is with the greatest regard that I seek to recognize him as a hidden figure. Thanks to Bryan for his presence, efforts, and support!
