Dear Stenwood Families,

Happy end of the year!!  We were so excited to celebrate the last day of school on Wednesday and all of the learning we did this school year!  This past week was short and packed with fun!  Watch out America’s Got Talent, our Stingers are amazing!  Thank you to the parents who organized and pulled off a wonderful show.  We also want to thank the 6th grade parent committee who threw a fun-filled party for our 6th graders.  We will have to go back to the video, but I am pretty confident that I was dunked the most!  Finally, we had a lovely 6th grade ceremony to celebrate all that our 6th graders have accomplished in their time here at Stenwood.

We hope you all have a wonderful summer!  This will be our last Hive Happenings for a while, but we will send out an update in late July/early August. Our summer office hours will be from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. or by appointment.

Hive Happenings Newsletter

Dear Stenwood Families,

We are almost there, folks. Just three days left before our students are done for the 2023-24 school year and our teachers and staff begin to prepare for another great year next week. Today, we enjoyed class parties for our Kindergarten through 5th grade students. Next week, our 6th graders will have their class party on Tuesday before their promotion ceremony on Wednesday.

On Tuesday this week, we celebrated our CARES Pizza Lunch Wild Card winners and had a fun First Grade Family Invite out on the playground. Later that night, we had fantastic strings and band concerts. You can find videos of those performances here . On Wednesday, 3rd grade students learned all about supply and demand as they made and sold their own wares to each other and family members in a city market. And on Thursday, 5th graders showed off to their families research that they have been doing on Ancient Civilizations.

Finally, we wanted to share a fun coincidence from Wednesday’s 6th grade field trip to the American History Museum. As we walked into the museum from Madison Drive, a college-age volunteer noticed our Stenwood t-shirts. At the same moment, 6th grade teacher, Amanda Wilson, recognized this same volunteer and realized that it was her former Stenwood student Andy Cheng! Andy is currently pursuing a degree in history with a minor in art history from George Washington University and was volunteering his time on this day educating museum visitors on the life and work of James Smithson, the namesake of the Smithsonian museum. Pictured below are Andy with 6th grade teachers Amanda Wilson and John Zirkle. We couldn’t be prouder of the fact that Andy is out in the real world showing off the Portrait of a Graduate traits that we work to equip our students with everyday. As a communicator, he is bringing history to life with his presentations in the museum. As a global and ethical citizen, he is giving his time to enhance the experience of museum patrons. We couldn’t be prouder of him, and we are proud of our teachers who strive to make such lasting impacts on students everyday.

We have three more days left of school next week! Please remember that our last day of school next week is Wednesday, June 12th and it is a two-hour early release. Students will be released at 1:25PM.

Finally, we have one last person to say see you hopefully soon, Sonja Hunt, our beloved Student Information Assistant is taking a leave of absence for next school year.  We know how much she is loved by all of you as the first face you meet when you register!

Hive Happenings Newsletter

Dear Stenwood Families,

While you’d think things are really starting to wind down around here, there are some exciting events that really kept us happy and buzzing this week. On Wednesday, we had the pleasure of bringing back some of our former Stingers who will graduate from high school this year for our annual Marshall Senior Walk. They walked down the hallways as we applauded them, then they stuck around to help answer questions from our 6th graders, and some also stayed a little longer to say hello and thank you to some of the teachers that helped them along the way while in The Hive.

Incredible support from home and the community is how our Stingers thrive, and our families had several opportunities to come in and support us this week. 2nd grade invited families to reflect on the school year last Friday. 6th graders had their families come in to play some math games on Tuesday. Kindergartners wrote some Summer bucket lists with their families on Wednesday. And one of our 3rd grade grandfather’s came in on Thursday to talk all about Ancient Civilizations!

Today, a couple of fun Stenwood traditions took place. We weren’t sure as students arrived this morning if we were in Stenwood or Hollywood as we welcomed students on Red Carpet Day! Thanks to the SCA for this fun Spirit Day. And this morning, we saw our 5th and 6th grade classes battle it out in our Spring Battle of the Books. Students had fun showing off their knowledge of the selected books and their classes themed costumes, dances, and cheers. Thanks to all of the teachers and staff that make this such a fantastic event, especially our librarian Nancy Cole or our Master of Ceremonies Karen Roth!

Finally, it is also that time of year when it is time for some goodbyes (or in maybe more of a “Hope to see you later!”).  First is our wonderful staff who are retiring after MANY years of service to FCPS and Stenwood.  We will deeply miss Mrs. Fucile, Ms. Milton, and Ms. Collier with a combined 63 years of service to FCPS.  Mrs. Pasquel and Ms. Stankaitis are also relocating outside of FCPS, we have loved the short time they have been with us.  Congratulations to Ms. McCall (mini McCall as she is sometimes called) who will have her first classroom of her own next year at Annandale Terrace.  We also want to wish a farewell to Ms. Kim, one of our Enhanced Autism Instructional Assistants, we also said goodbye to another one of our Enhanced Autism Instructional Assistants Ms. Rohani earlier this month.

And with that, we look forward to everything our Stinger students, teachers, and families will pack into our last full week of school next week! Enjoy the wonderful weekend!

Ms. Cole reports that we had over 25,000 books checked out this year!  That is amazing and it is true that Stingers are Readers!  However, all good things must come to an end, and Ms. Cole needs all library books returned as soon as possible.  If you are unsure if  your student has library books checked out, your student can log into Destiny Discover through Schoology and check their account. Dear Stenwood Families,

What a fantastic 60th Anniversary celebration we had last week at the PTA Flip Flop Hop! Current and former Stenwood teachers, students, and families all braved a little bit of rain that eventually cleared up and made for an incredible evening. We even had a handful of former Stingers come out who were here when the school opened in the 60s! We have so many thank yous for all who made this happen. Thank you to our PTA for this amazing event! Thank you to the teachers and staff who helped make our building beautiful and display work our Stingers have done. Also, a huge thank you to Jackie Krum for working over the last year to scan and organize all of the pictures and our amazing custodial staff for the set up and clean up. Finally, thank you to all of the PTA volunteers who made this such a sweet event!

You can’t just celebrate 60 years of learning and stop there! Coming back to school this week, there was still important business to get to. Our 4th graders had family members come in on Monday morning. They participated in a scavenger hunt to find math shapes occurring naturally all over the outside of our school on the fields and playground. Preschool students welcomed some local heroes from the fire station on Wednesday. Our second graders also enjoyed some outdoor time as well on Wednesday at EC Lawrence Park. And then 2nd grade had their families come in this afternoon for a fun Year in Review session. Today, we also celebrated our CARES Pizza Lunch winners for Self-Control.

While we look forward to the three day weekend and the start of summer (who's ready for the pool?), we want to take a moment to recognize the importance of what we commemorate on Memorial Day. Memorial Day is the day we honor those who gave the ultimate sacrifice, the fallen soldiers of American wars. All schools and offices will be closed on Monday, May 27th, for the Memorial Day holiday.  Learn about the history of Memorial Day . See the complete school year calendar .

Hive Happenings Newsletter

Dear Stenwood Families,

We had a few fun highlights this week in the Hive. All of our K-6 students have been participating and doing very well in their end of year assessments. And all of our 3rd through 6th grade students have completed their initial round of SOLs. A few grade levels and classes have taken the well-deserved opportunity to celebrate the completion of all of these assessments. We are so proud of all of our Stingers and they have done a fantastic job showing off all they have learned in reading, math, and science throughout the year.

Thank you to the PTA for helping bring in some fun this week with assemblies focused on careers in the culinary arts. Presenters included teachers and parents who have combined math, science, art and creativity to make amazing culinary creations professionally. While the students loved hearing about all of the sweet treats, they also showed a great deal of self-control since we only saw and heard about the amazing cake and cookie creations during the assemblies. No tasting!

They won’t have to wait long for something sweet though! Because tonight is the night! Today’s spirit day at Stenwood has Stingers in blue and yellow all over because we are all so excited to celebrate our 60th anniversary tonight from 5-8pm at the Flip Flop Hop. We may have some clouds, but the radar looks to be holding off the rain until towards the end of the evening. Please be mindful of neighbors when parking and be sure to supervise your children throughout, as we do expect this to be a highly attended event. See PTA’s Wednesday Mail for more details.

Hive Happenings Newsletter

Dear Stenwood Families,

With tomorrow being a Teacher Work Day, we thought we’d send this week’s Hive Happenings a day early.

The week started a little earlier than usual around here with a very fun and successful Bee Kind Run! The PTA did a great job organizing the event with two great races, the mile and the 5k and many local supporting vendors. Great job to all who ran!  Thank you to all who helped organize!

Today, our 1st graders took a trip downtown to the National Zoo. They had a great time visiting the animals. Thanks to the teachers and chaperones who made such a great experience possible for our students.

Next week is Teacher/Staff Appreciation Week!  Our Stenwood staff are absolutely amazing and one of the reasons why Stenwood is such a special place to be.  Please take a few minutes to find a way to celebrate the wonderful teachers and staff that work with your child.  Thank you to the PTA for planning a great week for everyone!

SOL testing started smoothly with Reading SOLs every day this week. We’ll keep rolling next week with Math SOLs in grades 3, 4, and 5. Please be sure to check your child’s weekly teacher email for when they will test next week. Help your child do their best by having them on-time, well-rested, and well-fed on their testing day.

Bike to School Day

Bike to School Day
Bike Month has been celebrated since 1956 to showcase the many benefits of bicycling and encourage more people to give biking a try. Fairfax County has an extensive network of both paved and natural surface bike trails. You can access a map to all the trails in Fairfax county online .

Wednesday, May 8th, is the official Bike to School Day. You can register as a school, family, or neighborhood. Plan your ride whether you ride to school, to a park, or just within your neighborhood. Register for Bike to School Day .

Sprout Supply Orders Lunch Volunteering at Stenwood

We are asking for parent volunteers to come in and help out during lunch. Please go to the sign-up to volunteer for your child’s grade level and other grade levels if you’re able.

Email Mr. Case ( [email protected] ) with any questions.

Stenwood Family Book Club

Our final family book club of the year will be in person at Stenwood on Wednesday, May 15th at 3:30pm . The topic is managing the digital world as a family. We have a variety of articles, TED Talks and podcasts instead of a book.

All are welcome! Previous attendance and reading/listening to all materials is not necessary to participate. Childcare can be arranged. Please email Tammy Berick ( [email protected] ) and Catherine Wideman ( [email protected] ) for more information.

Orthodox Good Friday/Teacher Work Day Orthodox Easter

Friday, May 3rd, is Orthodox Good Friday, and a teacher work day. Millions of Orthodox Christians commemorate Good Friday, also known as “Great Friday” to remember the events leading up to Jesus' crucifixion. There will be no school for students that day. See the complete school year calendar .

A joyful Easter to our Orthodox Christian community! Many Orthodox Christians in the U.S. celebrate Easter according to the Council of Nicaea in 325 AD, which differs from the Western date we are most familiar with. Easter is a time to celebrate the resurrection of Jesus Christ, whom Christians believe to be the Son of God.

Asian American and Pacific Islander Heritage Month

People with ancestral roots in Asia and the islands of the Pacific have been integral to the story of America. In 1992, May was designated Asian American and Pacific Islander Heritage Month to celebrate their heritage and contributions.

Learn more about the heritage months, celebrations, and traditions celebrated in FCPS.

Jewish American Heritage Month

May is a national month of recognition of the history of Jewish contributions to American culture, acknowledging the diverse achievement of the Jewish community in the U.S.

Hive Happenings Newsletter

Dear Stenwood Families,

Spring keeps on humming here. Lots to celebrate and be mindful of from here in The Hive.

We have many assessments coming in throughout all grades. Please be sure to check your child’s weekly communication from their classroom teacher about when those assessments are, especially 3rd through 6th graders who begin their SOLs next week. Please make sure that your Stinger is well-rested, on-time and having eaten a good breakfast on the morning of their assessments so that we can have a smooth testing window and so that they can do their best to show what they have learned all year.

Onto celebrations from the week… Last Friday, all Stenwood Stinger “ Stringers” received Superior ratings at the Strings Solo and Ensemble Festival. We have some amazingly talented young musicians. Thanks to Kim Campbell for her work to provide this opportunity to show off that talent and get some great feedback from esteemed adjudicators.

Our 4th graders had a great day at Gunston Hall on Tuesday as they learned about Virginian George Mason. Kindergarten students enjoyed a trip to the Children’s Museum on Thursday. Thanks so much to all the teachers and chaperones who helped make these trips successful.

This week was #FCPSGreenWeek. In addition to Spirit Days every day to acknowledge a different aspect of global stewardship, our news crew educated students every morning on the theme for each day. Our Go Green Team led by Ann Opsahl and assisted by numerous other staff members have been beautifying the Art Courtyard with native plants for our pollinators and planting in our garden beds.

We ended our Spirit Week with Sports Fan Day today as we rev up for the Bee Kind Run this coming Sunday morning. If you signed up, packet pick-up is today. Be sure to check your email for more information from the PTA.

Lastly, keep in mind that next week is a shorter school week for students, with a Teacher Workday on Friday, May 3rd for Orthodox Good Friday. Please see the note below.

Have a great weekend! Looking forward to seeing many of you on Sunday at the Bee Kind Run!

Hive Happenings Newsletter

Dear Stenwood Families,

You know by now that the Hive is always buzzing! On Monday this week, our 5th graders took a trip to Planet Word and had language come to life for them in all sorts of fun ways. On Wednesday, we honored our Military Children and their families county wide on Purple Up Day! Thursday had our 3rd graders taking advantage of the amazing Spring weather at Frying Pan Park as they connected their study of simple machines to the real world. They saw how simple machines are used all around a farm to make difficult tasks easier. They also saw cute farm animals as a bonus. And Thursday night, we had a fantastic time at the Marshall Pyramid Art Show where many of our Stinger artists showed off their work! We got several comments about the outstanding quality of the work from Stenwood students. Our art teachers Jayney Riddick and Leslie Polish are rock stars and they made our student artists feel the same way!  Last week we also celebrated with our CARES Pizza Lunch winners for Responsibility.  Next up will be Empathy in a few weeks.

And since there’s never a dull moment around here, we have even more field trips next week, plus a week full of Spirit Days.

Monday is Earth Day! As part of #FCPSEarthWeek, we will have the following Spirit Days:

Additionally if you’re looking for something to do this weekend, Fairfax County Park Authority's Earth Day Festival will be held Saturday, April 20th, 10 a.m.-4 p.m. at the Sully Historic Site. The festival will include earth and nature-focused programs, scavenger hunts, and more.

On Friday next week, the SCA is sponsoring a Sports Fan Spirit Day as we get excited for the Bee Kind Run on Sunday morning, April 28th! Show off your sports fandom on Friday and we look forward to seeing everyone out there running on Sunday morning!

We can’t wait for all of the fun next week brings!

Passover

Many Jewish communities in the United States celebrate Passover, a recognition of the deliverance of Jewish people from slavery in Egypt. Passover is also known as Pesah, Pesach, or the Feast of Unleavened Bread. Many Jewish families in the United States eat a ceremonial meal known as the Seder, which involves telling the story of the exodus from Egypt as well as eating various symbolic foods, such as meat of the paschal lamb and bitter herbs, recalling the harsh life of slavery. Learn more about Passover in NatGeo Kids

Monday, April 22nd, and Tuesday, April 23rd, are designated half-O days in recognition of the first two days of Passover. Half-O days are full school days, but important events will not be held after school on those days. See the complete school year calendar .

Theravada New Year

In countries where Theravada Buddhism is the most dominant religion, New Year is celebrated for three days from the first full moon in April. Theravada means “the teachings of the elders.” Celebrations begin with people attending the local temple in the morning for chanting and meditation. In the afternoon they have a water festival in which they meet the Buddha image and pay respect to the elderly by watering their hands together. Building sandcastles is also one of the most popular activities during this day of celebration.

Wednesday, April 24th, is designated as an O day for Theravada New Year. The school calendar recognizes many religious and cultural observances (O days) during the school year. There is school on these days, however tests, quizzes, field trips, graduation, homecoming, or FCPS-scheduled athletic events will not be held on these observance days. See the complete school year calendar .

Lost and Found Items

Our Lost and Found is growing by the day, especially with the warm weather coming.  Please watch this short video and if you see something that belongs to your family, you are welcome to stop by or contact Mrs. Hunt with the number of the item and she will try to help locate it for you.

New FCPS Regulation on Meditation and Reflection Spaces

FCPS has developed Regulation 1502 to ensure all students and staff have reasonable accommodation and access to meditation and silent reflection spaces within the school division. The regulation provides guidance for schools on how to manage requests for silent reflection during instructional and non-instructional time, and for students to leave school for religious activities.

These spaces are for individuals to engage in prayer, meditation, or silent reflection, inclusive of their religious or non-religious beliefs. Parents/caregivers must provide written permission for students requesting to miss instructional time on a regular basis. Families are encouraged to contact our Assistant Principal Bryan Case regarding accommodations. View Regulation 1502 . Visit FCPS' Guidelines for Religious Activities webpage for more information.

Fairfax County Health Department School Health Services Internal Survey

The Fairfax County Health Department (FCHD) employs school health aides and public health nurses who provide school health services to the students in Fairfax County Public Schools (FCPS).

To determine the quality of these services, a survey has been developed by the FCHD to be shared with all parents or guardians of FCPS students. Parents/guardians are asked for feedback on the level of satisfaction with School Health services provided to the school community. The survey will be distributed electronically via FCPS This Week.

Survey link: www.redcap.link/FCHDSchoolHealthSurvey .  The survey window opens April 15th and closes April 26th.

Survey results will provide a basis for quality improvement of School Health services. The data-driven process is in alignment with the FCPS Strategic planning process, and the survey results will contribute positively to the FCPS Strategic Plan that reflects a shared consensus among stakeholders.

Family Summit Designed to Enhance Safety, Security, and Inclusion

The FCPS Family Summit will take place on Saturday, April 20th, 8:30 a.m.-1 p.m.,at Marshall High School . Dear Stenwood Families,

It was quite a special and memorable week! Whether your Stinger took in Monday’s solar eclipse at school with classmates at Stenwood or with you made plans to enjoy it with them, it was certainly a memorable day. Our staff will be working on tentative class groupings this spring, with classroom assignments finalized in late August. As we make these placements, we consider many factors including individual student information, teacher input, and social relationships. Every class will have a blend of children with diverse needs, personalities, and learning interests. Due to the many factors we must consider in creating classroom placements, including the reassignment of some teachers to a different grade level and the hiring of new teachers, requests for a specific teacher cannot be honored.

If you have information that you believe is pertinent to your child’s placement for next year, please complete the optional Class Placement Input Form by Wednesday, May 1stfor it to be taken into consideration. There is no need to complete the form if you do not have any information you would like us to consider. Thank you.

Parents/guardians are asked for feedback on the level of satisfaction with School Health services provided to the school community. The survey will be distributed electronically via FCPS This Week.

Dear Stenwood Families,

Happy 4th quarter!  You can expect Quarter 3 report cards to be sent home with your child on Wednesday, April 17th. As a reminder, Wednesday, April 10th is a student holiday.

This month is the Month of the Military Child!  Stenwood was proudly awarded the Purple Star designation last fall.  The designation is awarded to schools that have demonstrated their commitment to meeting the needs of military-connected students and their families.  We have 21 Stenwood students who are military-connected.  Thank you to those families for your service and support.  We are so happy to have you as a part of our Stenwood community for as long as you are here.  April 17th is Purple Up! Day, please feel free to join us in wearing purple to honor our military families.

This week is National Assistant Principal Week!  Thank you to Mr. Case for all you do at Stenwood!

During the 4th quarter, our school team works on preparation for next school year and in this week’s Hive Happenings there are two items we would like you to consider to help us.  First, included below is an optional Class Placement Input Form where you can provide us with any comments you would like regarding your child’s class placement for next school year.  Please complete this by Wednesday, May 1st. ☀️ Safely View the Total Solar Eclipse on April 8th

A solar eclipse is happening on April 8th, 2024. It's a rare and exciting astronomical phenomenon and one that requires important safety reminders. Looking directly at the sun, even during an eclipse, can permanently damage your eyes.

Here's what you need to know:

  • Don't look at the sun without approved eyewear. This applies to students and staff, and we encourage you to reinforce this at home.
  • Regular sunglasses are not good enough. The NASA website has more information about eye safety.
  • Eclipse timing:The eclipse starts around 2:04 p.m., peaks at 3:20 p.m. (which coincides with our dismissal), and ends around 4:32 p.m. Please remind your child to be especially vigilant about eye safety during dismissal. If you have concerns about your child walking or riding the bus home, please arrange for alternative transportation.

If you have family plans for viewing from another state and know you will be absent, please email today, [email protected] .  If you would plan on checking your child out early, please plan on doing so by 2:30 so it does not impact dismissal, and please email Stenwood.

See below for the fun solar eclipse activities that have already taken place this week in STEAM with Dr. Mitchell!

Hive Happenings Newsletter

Dear Stenwood Families,

Spring break and the end of the 3rd quarter are finally here! And it is a well-deserved break after a wonderful and busy week in the Hive.

6th graders had quite the exciting week with two exciting events. They welcomed a virtual visit from a water resource engineer as part of their science water unit. They also went out into the real world and explored history, as they spent all day Tuesday in Gettysburg, PA making important connections to their history curriculum.

The 2nd grade team had an engaging and educational family invite on Wednesday afternoon. They were great communicators and critical and creative thinkers as they helped our Kitchen Manager, Ms. Sabine, solve the case of the Mystery Goop in the sink! They asked some great questions as they learned more about states of matter and how to clean up the goop.

Our week ended with a beloved SCA Spirit Day: Book Character Day! We had comic-book superheroes, fairy tale princesses, mice with cookies, cats with hats, and there may have even been a crime-fighting Dog-Man or two out there roaming the halls.

Next week, March 25th-29th, is Spring Break followed by teacher workdays on April 1st and 2nd. Stenwood’s office will be closed during Spring Break. We wish our students and teachers a happy and restful Spring Break! See the complete school year calendar

Good Friday

This week we recognize those in our community observing Good Friday. This year's Good Friday artwork was created by Chantilly High School student Summer S. On this day, Christians observe the commemoration of the sacrifice Jesus made on the cross for those who believe.

Easter

A joyful Easter to all in our community who celebrate! This year's Easter artwork was created by Falls Church High School student Dayanara M. The springtime celebration of Easter is the most important Christian holiday. It commemorates the resurrection of Jesus, who sacrificed so that Christians may have life with God after death.

Summer and Dayanra’s artwork was designed as part of the FCPS Observance Design Challenge for Students. Learn more about the challenge: https://bit.ly/47oHw2j .

☀️ Safely View the Total Solar Eclipse on April 8th

A total solar eclipse will occur on Monday, April 8th, and will be viewable, depending on weather, in Fairfax County. The eclipse will begin in our area around 2:04 p.m. and end around 4:32 p.m., with the maximum eclipse occurring around 3:20 p.m.

Because the timing overlaps with Stenwood dismissal at 3:25PM, it is crucial that students understand the importance of safe viewing practices. We encourage families to review these Solar Eclipse Resources , especially the eye safety information. We hope everyone takes the opportunity to learn more about this extraordinary natural phenomenon while prioritizing safe solar viewing.

Hive Happenings Newsletter

Dear Stenwood Families,

We are one week away from Spring Break, and it certainly is starting to feel like Spring outside. We are loving the sunshine!  We hope to see a lot of you tonight at PTA’s Family Fun Night!

On Wednesday this week our 5th and 6th grade chorus members put on an amazing assembly and concert . The theme of their concert, put together by their wonderful music teacher Ms. Fucile was “love!” They certainly showed how much they love coming together as collaborators and communicators!

Further showing the great communicators they are, all of our 6th graders shared the culmination of some really amazing research projects this afternoon with their families through a virtual event. Our young students got in on the fun of sharing today too. 1st graders invited their families into the cafeteria this morning with some lucky activities. Kindergartners shared writing with their families virtually. And our preschoolers got in on the fun as they welcomed community members into their class to share about their jobs.

As we wind down the 3rd quarter and head into Spring Break next week, we have more great learning opportunities planned, including an SCA Book Character Spirit Day on the last day of the quarter, Friday, March 22nd.

Solar Eclipse on April 8th☀️ Safely View the Total Solar Eclipse on April 8th

Today was such a wonderful day!  We welcomed our newest Stingers this morning.  The Class of 2038 joined us for their kindergarten orientation!  We know many of you have memories of that day, whether it was almost 7 years ago, or just last year.  It is such an exciting time!

This week we celebrated our readers all week long!  Thank you for having fun with all of the spirit days.  Yesterday, our whole school participated in DEAR (Drop Everything and Read).  It was such a great opportunity to be together as a community and it was so quiet you could hear a pin drop.

Thank you to our 3rd graders (and the help from home), who presented amazing simple machines today.  They have some awesome solutions to some every day problems, lots that involve snacks!  Watch out Shark Tank, our Stingers are coming!

We also want to appreciate our wonderful Social Worker, Kara Enright for National Social Work Week!

We just have two weeks until Spring Break, and we have a lot packed in those two weeks!  This weekend is the start of Daylight Savings, don’t forget to adjust your clocks.
