SENIOR LAPTOP COLLECTION

Laptops and chargers are being collected starting now. Students should not drop off laptops until they are no longer needed for coursework or exams. There is a $27.75 fee for missing, incorrect, or non-FCPS issued chargers payable through MySchoolBucks under Technology.

Please return your FCPS laptop as soon as possible to avoid any issues receiving your cap and gown for graduation. There is a $480 fee for laptops not returned.

Monday, May 4 through Friday, May 22 during Tech Office Hours in room 209

Thursday, May 28 from 8:00am – 1:00pm in the Lecture Hall (last day of senior exams and internships)

If you are graduating or leaving FCPS this school year and wish to keep your FCPS Google Workspace files and emails, you must download or export them before June 17, 2026. This process may take several days, so please plan ahead.

You have two options to export your files:

• Manual Download: Visit the  Google Workspace Information for Students and Parents  page on the FCPS website and follow the steps under “Downloading Your Data.”
• Google Takeout: Follow Google’s instructions on  How to download your data using Takeout .  Please note that only files you own  can be exported. ( Function may not be available until mid-May .)
