Strategy 1 Apply MTSS strategies and interventions to increase student performance and support the students with academic skills and social-emotional needs
---
Strategy 2 Provide quality instruction with high expectations for all learners to increase confidence and commitment to education.

Goal 2: Students referred to IAS who are enrolled in Honors courses and referred during the 1st semester (whether passing or failing) will remain in the honors course unless a parent requests otherwise. Students referred to IAS during the 2nd semester (who are passing) will also remain in the Honors course.

Goal 3: 75% of students who enroll in IAS who are in need of attendance interventions will go through an empathy interview to identify root causes.
Strategy 1 SOSAs will alter current empathy interview that can specifically identify root causes.
---
Strategy 2 Increase engagement with base school partners to better understand prior interventions and leverage strong relationships that others may have with the student and family.
Strategy 3 Implement trauma-informed strategies specific to the needs identified from the empathy interview as part of a goal-directed Kid Talk.
