Understanding the Chapter 35 Program

MVHS is a Chapter 35 Military Benefits School!

Mount Vernon High School is now FULLYapproved to help our Military Families take advantage of the opportunity to receive Chapter 35 support.

Chapter 35 Benefits are available for the child or spouse of a Veteran or Service Member who has died, is captured or missing, or is permanently and totally disabled due to a service-connected disability.

Children and spouses may also be eligible for the Survivors' and Dependents' Educational Assistance (DEA) Program.
